[HCM] Golden Owl: Digital Marketing

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Specialist, a good team player with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in elevating our digital presence through innovative campaigns. You will create, monitor, test, optimize and report on comprehensive media plans. Your efforts will ensure that our initiatives are effective and continually improve.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms including but not limited to Google, Meta, Linkedin, Tiktok, Youtube...

  • Monitor, analyze and optimize campaign structure to improve conversion rates, decrease cost per conversion action, increase ROI, grow volume and budgets, and reach business objectives.

  • Collaborate with the strategic team to manage and optimize US, European, Asian targeted campaigns.

  • Explore and pursue new traffic and growth sources, testing and refining our Vietnam and internationally focused digital marketing plan.

  • Create and optimize landing page experience, establish, and test new channels, and relentlessly look for areas to improve performance.

  • Collaborate with content & production team to develop engaging and visually appealing creatives, copywriting of ads and landing pages as needed to improve user comprehension and increase conversion of target audiences.

  • Set up tracking method & responsible for daily ad management & optimization.

  • Analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using an assortment of web analytics tools. Regularly report on channels’ performance and make recommendations for both scale and efficiency improvements.

  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

Must have

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields;

  • At least 2 years experience in Digital Marketing and related fields;

  • Hands-on experience setting up, managing, and optimizing ads on Google, Meta, TikTok, Linkedin, YouTube, and other channels.

  • Experience in running conversion ads, demonstrating a proven ability to optimize ad campaigns aimed at achieving specific user actions such as form submissions, sign-ups, or downloads.

  • Deep understanding of web metrics, digital analytics and the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.

  • Ability to self-manage projects and work independently while also proactively raising issues and seeking answers.

  • Easily learns and adapts to new technology, software and responsibilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience in executing effective B2B advertising campaigns for the international market, specializing in driving conversions and generating results.

  • Experience in planning and implementing performance paid advertising campaigns for IT services or SaaS - based solutions.

  • Knowledge in optimizing apps for higher visibility and downloads through App Store Optimization (ASO).

  • Proficient in English, 6.5 IELTS or equivalent.
