[HCM][Agency] TBWA Group Vietnam: (Line) Producer

ROLE:

At BOLT, we are dedicated to creating innovative and impactful content across various media platforms. With a focus on quality storytelling and production excellence, we work on a diverse range of projects including films, commercials and digital content.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Producer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a production house or related environment. The Producer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, from initial concept development through to final delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, creative vision, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management: Oversee all stages of production for assigned projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.

Budgeting and Scheduling: Develop and manage production budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Team Coordination: Collaborate with directors, writers, crew, and talent to ensure cohesive and efficient production processes.

Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Creative Input: Provide creative direction and input throughout the production process, ensuring the final product aligns with the project vision.

Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during production, maintaining a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

Compliance: Ensure all productions comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

REQUIREMENT:

• A minimum of 1-3 years' experience working production field.
• Portfolio is required
• In-depth knowledge of video production processes, activities and skillset
• Skilled at negotiation, planning, and budgeting
• Able to lead a production crew and manage several tasks at once
• Calm under pressure and comfortable with a fast-paced work environment
• Problem-solving skills, deadline-focused, and goal-driven
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident, passionate, and professional
• Able to use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere
