[HCM][Agency] WE Media: Looking for General Accountant

POSITION: FULL TIME GENERAL ACCOUNTANT

WE Media is the leading cinema advertising agency in Vietnam. We have worked with powerhouse clients including OPPO, Group M, Dentsu, YAMAHA, TP Bank, ROHTO, and more. We develop creative and high-value cinema advertising campaigns for our clients. The entertainment industry in Vietnam is growing quickly, and so are WE.

Responsibility:

1. Prepare Financial Statements, Tax Reports, and other reports if required.
   1. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
      • Co-ordinate and control the day-to-day activities in accounting department.
      • Maintain the accounting database and ensure its reliability.
      • Monthly preparation of financial forecast report including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Expense Analysis.
      • Complete monthly, quarterly and annually Financial Statements including forecast and various detailed analyses for BOD, Auditor, Banks.
      • Complete monthly, quarterly and annually VAT reports, PIT, FCT reports
      • Organize, manage and keep track of A/P, A/R.
      • Manage the year-end external audit and tax finalizations in compliance with local and company requirements.
      • Assist the director in other tasks relating to accounting fields.
      • Report to the director.
   2. Other Reports:
      • Prepare other reports if required by the board of directors or from other departments.

1. Reviewing bookkeeping for accounting Tax upon request from tax department.
   1. Review all transactions, accounting book, considers the incurred expense to classify items to be deducted or not deducted from Company Tax.
   2. Review all contracts and other transactions, timely replenishment to ensure all incurred expense and revenue suits are in line with accounting principles and Tax law and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree: major in Accounting – Auditing
• Knowledgeable in accounting, be able to analyze figures in reports
• Knowledgeable in accounting ethics, be familiar with Vietnamese Law and Regulations
• Managerial experiences: min 2 years experiences as leader of auditing team, and min 1 year experience at General Accountant position of media/advertising company.
• Professional experience: min 3 years experience in accounting and auditing.

Skills:

• Excellent accounting management
• Intermediate English Skills (both verbal and non-verbal)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint …)
• Strong communication skill, high ability to work independently and interacting and collaborating.

• Excellent relationship builder that transcends levels of seniority
• Ability to observe, judgement and analysis, and synthesize
