New Business and Client Success Executive - reporting to the Growth Director.
Overview
We are looking for a proven New Business and Client Success Executive to join our team. You will identify, approach and respond to good-fit clients, extract and understand creative briefs, and work with agency colleagues to craft and pitch proposals. The New Business and Client Success Executive will pitch We Create Content as a partner to global brands rather than a supplier, and sell the agency based on its values, mission and expertise. The New Business and Client Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring client success when onboarding new clients to the agency.
Responsibilities

Managing and updating a list of target clients and new business leads

Identifying and acting on “buying triggers” of ideal customers
-
Maintaining an organised and accessible filing system for new business, including leads, scripts, credentials, sales packs, etc
-
Keeping a track of your sales activity using a CRM (HubSpot)

Answering inbound customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, and following up with sales prospects

Extracting creative briefsf from clients via telephone, email and social media conversations

Understanding who not to sell to and why

Scheduling new business meetings
-
Liaising with the creative teams to produce new business marketing materials and proposals

Recording sales trends and liaising with the BOD to develop new business strategies
-
Ensuring customer satisfaction and success while onboarding new clients

Handling administrative duties for the company and management teams in relation to new business
Requirements

Proven experience and results working in Sales

Agency experience a bonus

Fluent in English language

Hands on experience with CRM systems

Proficiency with Google Workplace

In-depth understanding of sales principles, content marketing and customer service practices
