[HCM][Agency] LRAVN production house: Needed Junior Accounting cum Admin
Job description for Admin:
- Working with the producer, vendors and accountant on all project paperwork matters (scan, upload all contracts, invoices and others docs to Google drive)
- Handle office supplies purchasing, office repair & maintenance & pantry
- Submitting a report to DPI- Labor- tax dept & collecting bank statement monthly
- Management & troubleshooting of all company accounts / platforms / software (Vimeo, Grab, GSuite, Basecamp)
- Assisting in all shooting permit applications.
- Take full responsibility in all permits, immigration, HR paperwork (including but not limited to: visa application, work permits, TRC, housing contracts etc)
- Assist the company in recruitment (recruitment posting, recruitment interviews etc)
Job Description for Junior Accounting:
- Handle the functions: AR, AP, Bank and Cashflow report, follow up cash advance & advance clearance.
- Issue VAT output invoices for all services of company, issue debit notes if any.
- Remind client about payment.
- Assist Chief Accountant in checking the monthly reports (trip information, expenses paid on behalf…)
- Check payment requests & related documentation: Invoice, PO, quotation, and contract…for payment process.
- Check monthly/ quarterly VAT invoice list (VAT in & VAT out) to ensure they are declared adequately, and accurately.
- Issue PIT certificates for employees (yearly).
- Assist Chief Accountant in audit, tax issues.
Requirement
- University graduated of Finance, Accounting
- 1 – 2 years of experience in relevant fields
- Knowledge of tax regulations
- Ability to work independently and good analytical skills
- Be effective in communication and teamwork
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and specific accounting software
- Resilience and ability to understand complex information
- A pro-active approach to working independently as well as within a team.
- A demonstrated desire to build a career in Tax and accounting.
