Job Description:
Program Development
● Actively participate in curriculum development activities for continuous improvement of academic programs.
● Develop high-quality lectures, tutorials, seminars or workshops on specialized subject matters within Master Program and other Supporting Programs.
● Prepare comprehensive course syllabi that align with program objectives and learning outcomes.
● Update instructional and testing strategies continuously to ensure up-to-date and proactive learning experience.
Courses delivery
● Setup suitable tutoring and teaching schedules.
● Ensure professional course delivery.
● Ensure timely update of course information on LMS.
● Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, evaluations etc., in compliance with institutional policies.
● Provide timely feedback on student work through assignments, examinations, or other forms of assessment.
● Propose and participate in teaching quality assurance activities.
Learner development
● Be in charge of a certain group of learners.
● Provide timely feedback to learners to ensure a smooth learning experience.
● Propose alumni community development activities.
● Participate in alumni community development activities (Workshop, seminar, talkshow, orientation, …)
Knowledge development
● Propose research projects or consulting projects.
● Build research and industry networks.
● Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects/initiatives as appropriate
