[HCM][Agency] TBWA Group Vietnam: ACCOUNT MANAGER

Report to: Account Director

 

TBWAGroup Vietnam is a disruptive advertising agency that is redefining the industry. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client services, project management, and a passion for driving successful advertising campaigns. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Account management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, and developing strategic marketing plans to achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Creative, Planning, and Project Management to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client accounts, driving revenue growth for the agency.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports and presentations to clients, highlighting campaign performance and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing, providing thought leadership and innovative solutions to clients.

 

2. Innovation:

Other qualifications:

  • At least 2-3+ years of experience at an Advertising/Integrated Digital Agency, in account management departments.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and oral).
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
