[HCM][Agency] TBWA Group Vietnam:Designer (Freelancer)
YOUR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the design and production of graphic art and visual materials for print and digital media.
- Ensure that layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices.
- Oversee the creation and execution of design solutions including imagery, a key visual, and multimedia elements used for advertising and other forms of communication.
- Consult with account managers to conceptualize, scope, and develop project delivera- bles and timelines.
- Ensure designers have the tools and skills required to produce unique, high impact materials.
- Manage junior creative output to ensure consistency and quality of work delivered
- Prioritise workload to ensure teams’ demands are met and managed
Knowledge, skills and attributes
- At least 2 years of experience at Advertising agency
- Strong knowledge of design process and project management
- Great communication skills
- Ability to cope with stress
- Bachelor degree in a design-related discipline
- A passion for design and people
