Lead The Change is recruiting for the following positions in the Business Development Department:

➤Education Consultant Trainee
1. Senior Business Development
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, comprehend market trends, regulations, and best practices.

Sales Strategies:
-
Collaborate with top-level management in shaping overall business development strategies.
-
Develop and execute advanced strategies for client acquisition, ensuring a substantial expansion of the customer base.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
-
Represent the company at industry events, effectively promoting its products and services.
-
Actively engage with clients, proposing innovative solutions, sponsorship packages, and customized proposals.

Deal Closure:
-
Deliver compelling presentations aligning with client expectations.

Close deals, forging new business partnerships and contracts.
-

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams for a coordinated approach to business growth.

Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, offering guidance and support in their professional development.

Sales Performance Tracking:

Prepare detailed reports and forecasts to track sales performance and identify strategic enhancements.
-
Regularly present comprehensive results to the management team, providing actionable insights for optimization.

REQUIREMENTS:
-
Have at least 2-3 years of working experience in Business/Partnership Development or similar roles.
-
Demonstrated success in client acquisition, deal closure, and revenue generation.
-
In-depth knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and performance tracking.
-
Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
-
Strong collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
-
Strategic mindset with a keen focus on optimization and growth.
BENEFITS:

Salary base plus commission based on individual performance and sales targets. The expected income is approximately 15-30 million VND/month

2. Business Development Trainee
RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong commercial sense, consistently achieving successful outcomes.

3. Education Consultant Trainee
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Consultative Sales:
-
Utilize a consultative approach to understand individual learner needs
-
Assist learners in defining objectives and goals for an optimized learning experience.

Provide advice and guidance to customers on the most suitable courses and programs offered by our organization.
-
Continuously improve the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring revenue targets are met.
-

Cross-functional Collaboration:
-
Work closely with the marketing team to handle potential leads and customer management.
-
Collaborate with the Operation & Engagement team for continuous service improvement based on student feedback.
-

Customer Database Management: Proactively develop and maintain a database of potential and existing customers.
-
Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and forecasts to track sales performance and identify strategic enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Current final-year student or recent graduate with a degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field.
-
Experience in sales, consulting, or marketing is a plus.
-
Experience in education or related industries is highly preferred.
-
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends to identify sales opportunities.
-
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
BENEFITS:
