[HCM][Agency] PSA: Tuyển dụng Account Manager

The attributes you will need to be successful in this position:

The candidate with experience working within a matrix organization, as well as experience in leading, coaching and influencing people to generate positive results;
The candidate must have strong consultative sales and/or marketing skills, a solid understanding of the agency landscape.

Your responsibilities would include:

Develop a best in class partnership with agencies by being the primary liaison, advocate, and navigator for the agency in Facebook and Facebook in the agency;
Collaborate with agency influencers to inspire and drive product adoption across the agency as a whole and strategically on agency priority accounts;
Provide best-in-class client service across all facets of an operating company (both traditional and digital media teams);
Create and collaborate on education & inspiration programs across the agency which has a scaled impact on various constituents (media, digital, strategic planning, and creative);
Act on behalf of agency interests and lead solutions within PSA internal cross-functional teams;
Other tasks as assigned by direct management.

Minimum Qualifications:

Ielts 6.5+;
2+ years of successful experience leading accounts within a media agency or large media business;
Ability to translate technical or complicated ideas into ordinary and simple terms and stories;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong project management skills.
