[HCM] NielsenIQ is looking for an Intern, Customer Success

Responsibilities: 

  1. Develop a basic knowledge of NielsenIQ Retail Measurement Service 
  2. Support delivery of database and reports as per client contractual terms and aligned ways of working 
  3. Support the team on providing performance overview analysis to FMCG clients, and other tasks as required 
  4. Support triaging of customer data requests across categories, and other tasks as required 

Qualifications: 

  • Graduating college students. Undergraduates are also encouraged to apply if they can join full-time for at least 03 months. 
  • Good sense of numeric and logical thinking 
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, virtual and remote environment 
  • Customer-orientated communication skill is the plus (in English and Vietnamese) 
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications
