[HCM] NielsenIQ is looking for an Intern, Customer Success

Responsibilities:
- Develop a basic knowledge of NielsenIQ Retail Measurement Service
- Support delivery of database and reports as per client contractual terms and aligned ways of working
- Support the team on providing performance overview analysis to FMCG clients, and other tasks as required
- Support triaging of customer data requests across categories, and other tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Graduating college students. Undergraduates are also encouraged to apply if they can join full-time for at least 03 months.
- Good sense of numeric and logical thinking
- Ability to work at a fast pace, virtual and remote environment
- Customer-orientated communication skill is the plus (in English and Vietnamese)
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications
