Nano Technologies is hiring a HR & Admin Executive
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for administrative tasks, follow budget plan, do payment requests and expense reports weekly/monthly
- Manage employees' welfare & benefits in compliance with company policies & labor laws such as birthday gifts, anniversary gifts, farewell gifts, etc.
- Propose ideas and organize for internal activities/events such as monthly activities, monthly birthday parties & year-end party, Teambuilding, etc. in order to promote a good working environment and solid teamwork, uplift the team’s spirit.
- Be responsible for start-to-end recruitment process for non-tech positions: job posting, CV shortlisting, offering and onboarding.
- Build up an active talent pipeline using a mix of channels including direct sourcing, social media tools, personal connection and third-party vendors
- Others tasks assigned from manager
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a HR Generalist, HR & Administration, Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR Officer or related position.
- Have knowledge and proficient use of different recruitment channels
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Good English
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other design tools (Canva/Photoshop)
- Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks and change priorities under pressure.
- Agility and quick to adapt to an energetic environment.
- Have a sense of responsibility; eager to learn; good attention to detail, mature, confident personality.
- Have a positive attitude and proactive thinking.
