[HCM][Agency] Masso Group: Tuyển gấp Senior/Content Specialist

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

Content Specialist is responsible for providing copy and creative concepts for advertising and marketing programs across all digital mediums.
Content Specialist looks for opportunities to integrate new creative directions into their projects.
Collaborates with team then develops, and presents creative concepts for assigned clients and new business to achieve branding and advertising initiatives
Works closely with art directors and designers to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with visual tone, style, and brand guidelines
Translate creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into engaging and effective concepts
Develop tailor-made all digital content based on client briefs & execution as plan
Additional concept/writing projects as required

QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE

EXPERIENCE & ATTITUDES – PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

At least 2 years experience working in a digital/ social media agency setting in a similar position
Having an awareness of cultural trends is an advantage
Knowledge in communication and marketing, especially digital marketing
Having an active listening and reading is an advantage
Having a customer service mindset
Strong digital writing and editing skills
Video script writing and editing
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with challenging deadlines
Verbal and written communication

COMPETENCY

Salary: deal (gross)/month.
Time 9.00 am to 6.00 pm from Mon - Fri
