[HCM][Agency] Fortune Media: Account Manager (Mid-level & Senior)

• Get and clarify the briefs from clients and understand them deeply

• Work with internal team to build up a plan that meets the client’s brief

• Create the proposal deck logically and beautifully

• Present the proposal to clients to win their hearts

• Be responsible for the day to day organization of assigned accounts

• Negotiate with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines met

• Liaise between the client and internal team at all stages of the campaign

• Prepare materials for clients’ meetings

• Lead and train Account team members

• Assist Directors in other assigned tasks

Job Requirements

• Male/ Female (25-35 years old)

• University Graduate in Advertising, Business, Marketing or related majors

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in Account Manager role at Digital Agencies

• Solid knowledge & thorough understanding of Digital Industry

• Good 4 skills in English as well as Vietnamese

• Look at both the big picture and details, on-time, careful

• Good presentation skill

• Passion for Marketing/ Digital
