[HCM] Công ty nệm Liên Á: Tuyển dụng BRAND MANAGER

Work Location: 181 Nguyen Van Troi St., Ward 10, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC or other places in Vietnam as assigned by the Employer

Working hours: 8am – 5:30pm, Monday - Friday

Report to: Marketing Director

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
  • Working with Performance Marketing to build library of strategic keywords and content strategy
  • Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
  • Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs
  • Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail campaigns to ensure activities are aligned with brand and Company values
  • Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
  • Creating and managing merchandising collateral to establish and maintain product branding
  • Collaborating with different teams such as trade marketing, performance marketing, creative, finance, sales, …
  • Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity
  • Increasing product sales and market share
  • Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales
  • Establishing budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates
  • Building community
  • Training employees, partners about company brand, products USP,…
  • Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI

REQUIRE:

Education Profession 

  • Graduated from University with major in Marketing or relevant major (Business, Commerce,..)
  • Have knowledge about marketing in Retail or FMCG develop new product; communication and positioning
  • Language: English

Years of working experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, in brand manager, preferably at a similar position in Retail industry
  • Make plan and manage project
  • Manage staff
