[HCM][Agency] TBWA Group Vietnam: Senior Copywriter
Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualise, demonstrate copy craft skills and undertake client presentations
• Produce and craft relevant and original concepts and copy in response to creative briefs and present the work to
clients as required, and ensure quality output
• Develop relationships with Brand Leaders, Strategy and Planning, Creative Services and Production
Job Functions:
Individual Creative Output
• Produce and craft original and usable concepts and copy in response to creative briefs
• Present work internally and externally in a clear and professional manner
Client Relationship Development
• Develop the client relationship to support the delivery of the creative work
Collaboration
• Work closely with relevant Account and Planning Teams, ensuring effective communication
and management of teams’ expectations
• Work with Account Teams to understand the clients’ brands and manage projects in a way
that will support the delivery of the brands
• Actively encourage and facilitate collaboration within the team and other departments in
the agency
Team Leadership
• Manage creative output of the department to ensure consistency and quality of work delivered
• Prioritise workload within the department to ensure teams’ demands are met and managed
• Develop the Creative Department to anticipate and reflect the changing needs of TBWAGroup
and its clients

• Disseminate learning through the Creative Teams
• Develop skills and knowledge within yourself through on-the-job development and active participation in the agency
(e.g. company meetings, training, Disruption, Media Arts and 10 by 10 initiatives)
• Provide feedback to your line manager regarding improvements that could be made to the department and agency
• Create clear development plans for yourself
