We're looking for the potential candidates for the position “ New Bunisness Development Manager”, base in HCM. This's a new cold chain project.

Job description:

Lead alignment and cascade across key function to ensure smooth market excution

Process adhernence nationwise

3P contract

Budget management, Chande management and post-lauching evaluation

Approve Pullout of Visicooler from aoutlet, Refurbishment/scrap decision & redeployment

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in business related field is required.

Female, under 28 years old

· Minimum 3 years of experience in same position in FMCG environment.

· Critical thinking, analytical skill.

· Complexity management.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skill.

· Ability to work in an environment where change is a constant, partners are diverse and demanding and priorities are frequently changing.

· Ability to work virtually across teams in different countries and different functions.

· Vietnam retailer, shopper & customer understanding

· Ability to analyze retail trends and insights.

Competencies:

· Strong analytical to solve processing issues.

· Strong planning and organizing skill

· Project Management skill

· Strong coordination skill with other functions

We prefer candidates who have passed Management Trainee Programs at FMCG companies or ever lead/ joined the new product launching projects of FMCG
