[HN/HCM] Nano Technologies: IT Helpdesk
Your role in the position of IT Helpdesk
In charge of supporting internal and customer’ systems with Nano
The work you will do every day
-
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
-
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
-
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

Setting up accounts for new users
-
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
-
Testing new technology
-
Possibly training more junior staff members
Are you the person Nano is looking for?

Graduated from Intermediate level or higher or have equivalent certificates in Information Technology
-
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
-
Good communication
-
Knowing a programming language is an advantage
-
Able to work well in a team and work independently
-
Love programming, operating software, love technology and want to challenge yourself.
