Your role in the position of IT Helpdesk

In charge of supporting internal and customer’ systems with Nano

The work you will do every day

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

  • Setting up accounts for new users

  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

  • Testing new technology

  • Possibly training more junior staff members

Are you the person Nano is looking for?

  • Graduated from Intermediate level or higher or have equivalent certificates in Information Technology

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position

  • Good communication

  • Knowing a programming language is an advantage

  • Able to work well in a team and work independently

  • Love programming, operating software, love technology and want to challenge yourself.
