[HCM] Nano Technologies: Head of Partnership
Here’s your mission
Acquire clients and build growth momentum for Nano through partnerships with Bank, Techcompany, BNPL company, Government… in target sectors.
Here’s what you will do day-to-day

Manage Nano's Partnerships to develop significant long-term partnerships with Bank, Techcompany, BNPL company, Government….

Lead identification and development of strategic partnerships with Labor Union, Industrial Park…and translate them to model and product with demonstrable benefits to the employees, employers and society

Be responsible for building strong business relationships with clients, closely working together to achieve long-term goals and objectives.

Maintain the highest customer satisfaction levels by addressing the clients' inquiries, concerns, and requests timely and accurately.

Analyze current technology trends to identify business opportunities that would generate revenue resources and profitability.

Support the project management team to implement policies and procedures to boost project productivity, as well as developing techniques to attract potential clients.
Here's who we are looking for
-
Have background in B2B2C: Tech (HRM/ ERM, e-wallet) company, Bank, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL). Large crops are prioritized.

Experienced over 5 years managing a partnership team and good personal branding. Have partnered with our target partners in the past.

Have relationships with Bank, Techcompany, BNPL company, Government (Labor Union, Industrial Park…)

Possess some essential skills such as: Strategic mindset, strong ability to speak in events as a speaker, good communication with internal/ external, well-organized events, good budget controlling.
