[SPACE T] Marketing Leader

A. Position Summary:

Space T is an start-up interior platform, connecting homeowners with interior firms. We support homeowners with finding reliable interior firms easily and quickly.

We are looking for a qualified Marketing Lead to join our team. If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media, online advertising, PR and promotional events, we would like to meet you.

The focus of this role is to manage all marketing communications and team.

B. What you’ll do in your role:

Planning and Execution:

  • Lead the planning and development of digital marketing strategies covering all disciplines including Social Media, SEO/SEM/PPC, Website, Mobile, Content, Email, ensuring digital objectives are met and integrated with overall marketing strategy
  • Plan and manage all level of marketing campaigns and programs.

Business & Budget:

  • Partner with Business Development teams to build digital marketing strategy with detailed action plan and budget to ensure lead and user acquisition and retention align with business objectives and targets
  • Plan, track and optimize digital campaigns to achieve KPIs with optimal costs and in order to identify high value customers, link to CRM to enhance LTV

Team Management:

  • Build and manage Marketing team
  • Collaborates with IT teams and internal stakeholders to provides guidance on marketing-related aspects of the company’s web and app presence, and to ensure successful execution of digital marketing strategies

Channel Management:

  • Identify root causes of issues in daily channels operation and develop both practical solutions and new processes/work-stream to improve it
  • Maintains the Company's brand identity standards and ensures ongoing brand awareness and consistency in digital assets.

Data Driven:

  • Translate complex digital marketing data into easy understandable insights and actionable recommendations
  • Bring a deep understanding of growth & optimization best practices such as A/B testing and growth hacker tactics.

Technology & Trends:

  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

C. If you have:

  • At least 5 years in Digital Marketing, with hands-on experience in with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Platforms, Measurement Tools and Tracking Systems
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking with data-driven
  • Outstanding team management, presentation and communication skills in collaborating with diverse, multi-functional teams
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing processes
  • Energetic, adaptable and fast learning
  • Growth mindset, result-oriented, and self-starter
