[HCM][Agency] Project Manager

Job descriptions: 

• Manage IMC projects that requires coordination with different parties through all stages including planning, execution, evaluation. 
• Key client facing, with day-to-day client relationship 
• Partner with account lead to handle scoping, budgeting, resourcing and managing big-scale project 
• Ensure consistency in term of information and outcome deliveries among different teams 
• Control timeline & quality of final outcomes to deliver to clients 

Requires skillset:

• Scope management - Create, Manage, Track 
• Project management - Schedule development, dependencies, change & risk management 
• Profitability management - Track/ Measure, Report, Improve
• Resource management - Effective communications and utilization of talents internally & externally 

Job Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience
• Friendly, extroverted, problem-solver
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Communication and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple, aggressive project timelines in a calm manner
