Job Descriptions:
- Define and execute the overarching growth strategy and measures of success across the umbrella of demand generation digital channels (Google, Display, YouTube, Paid Social, etc.), spanning multiple products and platforms.
- Lead a team to achieve growth and marketing efficiency targets, optimizing campaigns to maximize conversion.
- Aassisting the team in developing the overall performance marketing strategy and direction based on leveraging a strong market and industry knowledge;
- Developing, implementing and testing and growth efforts;
- Researching and assessing the potential of new growth opportunities for market;
- Live a culture of high-performance and strategic thinking.
- Work with leaders / executives to define and build a strategy for rapidly scaling demand generation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or related.
- At least 3 years experience in performance marketing and campaign management.
- Advanced optimization skills & strong understanding of digital platforms (Facebook, Google, YouTube, Zalo, TikTok, ECom,…)
- Be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
- Good organizational and communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Facebook Blueprint & Google Certifications is an advantage.
- Strong desire to succeed & a pro-active approach to your work.
