Position:     3D Designer (Full-time)

Location:    Creative Department, Anh Dao Media & Event

Report to:    Head of Creative Department/ Art Director

                                    Main Purpose:  To take a leading role in the 3D design, production supervising and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects

 

 

Job Description

•        Assist creative directors in producing outstanding creative ideas and executions  to international standards;

•        Participate in the establishment and presentation of design proposals  to  win new clients;

•        Supervise the work of production and 3D layouts to ensure our clients’ needs are met;

•        Work with AE staff in dealing with clients.

 

Requirements

•        Bachelor Degree in 3D Design or equivalent

•        At least 2-4 years’ experience in 3D Design

•        Good judgment of animation speed and good sense of rhythm.

•        Good sense of color

•        Drawing skills will be a plus

•        Must be creative, resourceful, innovative and pro-active

•        Independent and meticulous to details particularly spelling

•        Possess initiative and a creative mind

•        Support our day to day operation to create web graphics, design/layout above   and below-the-line marketing materials/collaterals such as e-newsletter, posters, glass panels stickers, boom gate etc.

•        Able to start work immediately or short notice required

•        Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Freehand, Dream weaver and 3D Max (basic)

•        Able to finish 3D designs in an independent and efficient fashion

•        Reliable knowledge of materials, craftwork and construction

•        Outstanding perception of the market

•        Fluent in oral English and excellent English writing skills

•        Good communication and interpersonal skills and an excellent team-player

•        Self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines.

•        Good understanding of display and shop display market

•        Knowledge of material and production processes

•        Detailed thinker and hard worker

•        Leader personality

 

Main Duties And Responsibilities

•        Designs, creates and provides aesthetic advice to internal or client’s presentations

•        Able to work in our expanding Communications team, managing projects/deadlines and producing compelling, photorealistic 3D renderings, animation and photo composites for our clients that engage, attract and sell

•        Brainstorms within the Creative Design group, tidies information and conceptualizes ideas

•        Provides guidance and advice to Creative Designers

•        Debriefs on every end of project and receives feedback for improvement

•        Produces illustrations for products whenever necessary.

•        Primary responsibility will be producing the concepts; designs, detailing and development of trade show booths/pavilions/exhibitions in the form of 3-D Renderings and AutoCAD drawings.

•        The ideal candidate must be able to create/produce technically sound 3-D Renderings and Drawings (meaning – not just concept renders, but real-life, technically feasible and execute-able designs).

•        Must be proficient in Autodesk Max, 3D Studio Max, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

•        Must be able to produce shop drawings, furniture layouts, graphic layouts and specification sheets.

•        Must have great attention to detail – both aesthetic and technical.

•        Design Savvy and Creative Ability to come up with optimal design solutions quickly.

•        Must be able to work independently and self-motivated to perform necessary research for tasks.

•        Must be able to work effectively with colleagues across multi-departmental lines – primarily the Project Team and Production Team.
