PURPOSE AND SCOPE
1. Optimize client retention for existing accounts
- Work with the client to establish their aims and objectives for marketing activities
- Analyze existing data, market reports and trends
- Develop, manage and analyze research projects to build marketing strategic plan
- Collaborate with Creative, PR, digital, events team and other partners (both internally and externally) to generate ideas for marketing campaign, as well as implement an effective and well-targeted marketing plan for the client
- Present marketing ideas and conclusions to the client
- Analyze the results and monitoring the success of all marketing campaigns
2. Generating new clients
- Actively seek for new business opportunities
- Arrange meetings with new clients and collect briefs about expectations in marketing campaigns
- Deliver proposals and pitching presentations, as well as quotations in order to meet client’s queries while maximizing Opal’s revenues and profits
QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Communication or related fields
EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years’ experience as Account Manager/ Brand Manager or related positions.
- Experience in Advertising Agency is a plus.
ATTITUDES – PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- Experience presenting information, both verbally and written, to clients and senior management
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent listening and negotiation skill
- Strong business sense and ability to work to budgets
- Fluent in English
- Fluent Microsort word and special powerpoint
