JOB DESCRIPTION:

PLANNING & PITCHING MANAGEMENT (50%)

  • Developing Client Brief (in case of Client brief verbally)

  • Making Debrief for internal teams, focusing on the values of Objectives - Quality – Costs based on Client Brief

  • Collaborating with Account team & Business Development Manager

  • Meeting client objectives, values, budgets, and deadlines

  • Developing paperwork, quotations, and follow-up payments 

CLIENT CARE (40%)

  • Setting up meetings with the clients

  • Making the recap meetings 

  • Taking care of Clients regularly

  • Assisting the leader in taking care of clients 

  • Reporting performance daily to Business Development Manager

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (10%)

  • Nurturing business relationships with current Clients

  • Preparing Credential for new Clients

  • Making case studies of BP 

  • Managing BP’s platforms (Fanpage, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube) 

  • Assisting the leader in finding out the new business opportunities 

REQUIREMENTS: 

Background:

  • BA in Marketing/ Advertising or related field 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in communication/digital/advertising agencies 

 

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Detail-oriented skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Good at time management skills

  • Fluent in spoken and written English skills
