[HN] [Agency] MicroAd Vietnam: Media Planner Executive

• Description:

Ad Optimizer is responsible for executing day-to-day digital ad campaigns with an emphasis on paid
search, display, video, and social ads. The role supports Sales and Account in campaign tactics,
quotations and monitoring campaign effectiveness, making recommendations on adjustments and
creating opportunities to improve performance. A solid understanding of the principles of digital
advertising and ad platforms is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
detail-oriented analytics-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
● Execute digital ad campaigns by managing, monitoring and optimizing cost and performance
of ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
● Assist with evaluating and implementing right analytics tools.
● Measure, analyze and report on the campaigns, updates throughout duration of campaign
and optimization suggestions.
● Work collaboratively with the BD team to create quotations and proposals for new and
existing vertical clients.
● Work collaboratively with the Creative team in terms of ad content and banners.

• Requirements:

● BA in Business, Marketing or related field
● 2+ years of direct experience managing campaigns through Google Ads and Facebook Ads
(senior)
● Experience with keyword research, competitive insights
● Ability to utilize analytics tools such as Google analytics, Facebook pixel, Adobe Analytics
and implement these tags in Google Tag Manager
● Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, time management skills
● Sharp attention to detail and ability to multitask
● Good verbal and written communication skills, good command of English
● Willing to learn, teamwork spirit and result oriented.
● Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
● HTML, CSS, JS knowledge is a plus.
● Experienced in an agency environment is preferred.
● Self-motivation, flexibility, stamina and the ability to adapt.
