Responsibilities
Community

Collaborate with our creative, marketing and operation team to create content relevant to our brand, objectives, community and platforms from (but not limited to) events, interviews, image & videos, activities, partnerships, etc.

Respect the brand voice throughout all of our channels and create tools that enable a shared understanding of that voice for our team.

Understand and engage with our community.

Be on the lookout for emerging channels and stay up-to-date with trends.

Analyze our content performance and rectify when something is not working.
-
Communicate to our internal community (our team) and make sure they are involved in everything we do.

Debrief all launches and campaigns and come up with improvements for the future.

Thinking towards the future and look at ways we can innovate our storytelling.
Skillsets
-
Previous experience in hospitality in Marketing, Customer Service, or Social Media with minimally 3 to 5 years of experience.

Great writing skills.
-
A sense of urgency and on top of timeline and deadlines.

Meticulous and well-organized.
-
Ability to work full time with a flexible schedule.
-
A passion in customer service.

Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
