Overall View of the Job

Account Manager takes responsibility in daily connecting & serving client with greatest satisfaction to keep and expand business, communicating with all departments to manage the project as request. He/ She also coach & guide junior member of team.

Job Description

  • 80%:
    • Take all responsibility of client project: lead IMC campaign (360 degree) from ATL to BTL, including Digital, Social, Activation;
    • Coach and monitor all activities of project to make sure deliver greatest satisfy to client.
  • 20%:
    • Coach and guide to junior team member.
    • Support teammate for other projects of assignment from line manager.

Job Requirements

  • Have thru-the-line strong experience/ background;
  • Have digital background;
  • At least 3-4 years’ experience in Marketing & Communication industry;
  • Previous position: Account Manager or Experienced Sr. Account Supervisor;
  • Knowledge in Marketing/Communication, Research, Psychology;
  • Required skills:
    • Strong skill sets (soft & hard skills);
    • Logical & Critical Thinking; Planning skills (making presentation & presentation skill);
    • Leadership experience;
    • Organizational know-how;
    • People skill & pro-active;
    • Problem solving, Solution provider;
    • Creative mindset;
    • Communication effectiveness;
    • Fluent in Vietnamese & English.
  • Client service mind set: Kind, Calm, Mature, Good listener, Open minded;
  • Positive thinking, Energetic. Flexibility;
  • Inspirer & Good coach for subordinators;
  • University Degree.
