[HN] [Agency] F. STUDIO | PROJECT COORDINATOR

F. Studio is looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator who has a desire in researching and be a part of the animation process!

1, Responsibilities:

– Cooperate with the production team in the animation process

– Reading the original document and translating it (as a requirement)

– Researching technical, educational knowledge and transferring to the production team in order to convert from text to image smoothly

– Communicate with the Account Executive and Project Manager to collect information needed for the Production team

– Follow up the Project Plan within the delivery time, allocate resources, deliverables

– Quality & knowledge control via checking animation storyboard from illustrator before sending to Project Manager or other departments

– Communicate with Client for material/image/information needed (if any)

2, Requirements:

– Must be fluent in English

– Strong in communication and interpersonal skills, quick learner, detail-oriented focus. Need proven ability to work with minimum supervision.

– Detail-minded, efficient, and able to work under pressure

– Willing to learn and have a strong sense of responsibility

– Prior experience doing translations is a plus

– Prior experience doing image/technical knowledge research is a plus

– Love animation and having a good visual imagination is a plus
