Job Description

• The key responsibility is the setup and optimization of UAC, UACe, Facebook ads and other Biddable Media campaigns to the highest standard & constantly improving for better results.
• Be the main driver of the performance growth and results (i.e CPI, CPA, ROI/ ROAS/ Lifetime Value) with end-to-end ownership.
• Oversee and ensure quality of advance statistical analysis the impact and effort required.
• Design, plan, and prioritize all the tasks/ activities within the managed campaigns.
• Proactively drive collaboration with various internal departments as well as external digital marketing vendors for delivering campaign performance.
• Capable of leading and managing projects with minimal supervision that can potentially create value for the whole team.
• Organize post-campaign data and insight into the compelling wrap-up reporting and presentations.
• Assist Performance Marketing team with trending and optimization analysis and providing insight.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years experience in performance-based digital marketing, experience in running app performance is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in digital campaign planning, execution, and monitoring in UAC, Facebook Network, and app analytics tools.
• Strong analytical, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills to deliver data-driven insights.
• Good communication skills, self-driven, love challenges, and enthusiasm to pursue excellence.
