Be responsible for Sourcing, attracting, and recruiting talents.
Manage candidate experience to ensure positive candidate outcomes
Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process from sourcing to offer, and provide an efficient report
Using standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates
Advertise job postings within appropriate forums to attract top-notch candidate pools
Develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges, suggest new ideas to improve talent acquisition activities
Coordinate with Hiring Managers on best hiring practices and decisions
Coordinate with the HR & Communications Team to organize engagement activities, develop materials for employer branding.
Manage onboarding process, contribute to improving employee experience
Support the departments as needed

A recognized university degree.
Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
Minimum 01 year of experience in the full life cycle of recruitment is a must, and experience in Digital Marketing Company is a plus.
Having experience in Headhunting Agency is a plus.
Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
Strong in utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development
Critical thinker and strong business mind
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills
