[HCM] [Agency] Creatory: Brand Executive (Game)

A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Participate in a strategic team that is in charge of managing our Creators' brand names and planning to expand our influence and market share. Brand Executive works independently to prepare for critical discussion in teamwork. Main responsibilities are researching, reading insights, executing and managing brands' channels, reporting and assisting planning works for Brand Manager.

B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

You are going to support Assistant Brand Manager/Brand Manager in overviewing business model of Creator and being fully responsible for ROI by:

1. Fully responsible for Creators' social media channels (40%)

  • Composing creative posts
  • Setting social advertisements
  • Managing social media schedule
  • Analyzing social channels' data and giving insightful reports to team and line manager, with the supports from Digital team (Facebook, Youtube, Nimo)

2. Content Creation (20%)

  • Participating in the idea-creating process
  • Ensuring content followed Brand Strategy and Clients' requirements
  • Ensuring quality outcome by supervising the whole process with multiple teams

3. Marketing (15%)

  • Research game market trends and their applications to our business
  • Proposing and executing marketing plans for projects
  • Monitoring fan community

4. Assisting Assistant Brand Manager/Brand Manager in optimizing business structure (10%)

  • Analyzing current revenue-generating schemes and suggesting potential ones
  • Supporting to detect business risks
  • Planning to reach assigned KPIs

5. Operation(15%)

  • Managing collaborators and team budget
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

C, REQUIREMENT

  • At least 1-year working experience as Brand/ Marketing/Content in Game industry
  • Knowledge and experience in communication, digital, market research 
  • Skillset: Problem-solving, flexible, adaptable, comfortable with changes
  • Good communication, Teamwork and working independently, Project management 
  • Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Good command of English
