[HCM][Agency] AnyMind Group: Senior Sales Account Executive (Media)
What You Will Do
I. Media Account Job (50%)
- Working directly with line Manager/Head of media business and clients, taking briefs, making proposals, and propose to the Manager/Head of media business and clients.
- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements;
- Working with other team members to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget.
- Presenting alongside agency colleagues (particularly the line manager), the AdAsia credentials in general, proposal and quotation in particular.
- Daily working with line Manager and clients to complete the detailed project plan with the day-to-day operational aspect of project scope from initiation to closure.
- Making reports to reflect project progress including risks, benefits, KPIs achievement to Account Manager/Account Director and clients. )
- Up-selling/ cross-selling on available clients.
- Finding new business opportunities by approaching new clients
- Supporting the team to prospect, pitch, and close sales.
- Engaging in search and research to identify the customer’s key needs.
II. Sale Job (50%)
- Making reports to reflect project progress including risks, benefits, KPIs achievement to Account Manager/Account Director and clients.
- Up-selling/ cross-selling on available clients.
- Finding new business opportunities by approaching a new client
- Supporting the team to prospect, pitch, and close sales.
- Engaging in search and research to identify the customer’s key needs.
Who You Are
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 2 years of working experience in Marketing/Advertising is required
- At least 2 years of working experience in agencies as Sales or Account management
- Marketing/ Communication/ Business administration degree is preferred
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
- Proficient English.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal skills and well organized with a good sense of responsibility
- Good strategic thinking and analytical and listening skills.
- Clear mindset, result-oriented with passion for work
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment is a plus
- Knowledge of performance & e-commerce planning is a plus
