Proactive and identify key prospective clients and find ways to associate with them in order to enhance the business:

Development Strategy:

  • Daily Incentive Game (promotion campaign for customers)

  • Find x-factors (potential customers)

  • Growth strategy in Holidays/Event

  • Support new projects (innovation)

Product Development:

  •  Market research and Analysis

  • Product development (improvement + add on service)

Job Requirement:

Skills required: 

  • Good communication, understanding customer psychology

  • Customer care

  •  Problem - Solving skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and finish on time

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Proficient in SQL or Python is a great advantage

  • Planning & strategy skills

  •  Data analysis
