What You Will Do

Bring a strong understanding of strategic thinking and planning to solve the brand’s problems through communication
Guide brand communications equipped with the ability to analyze & interpret the data, insights and strategic communication frameworks
Devise integrated communication plans, influencer communication plans, social & digital communication plans on client’s briefs primarily for Hanoi clients, and for HCMC projects as well whenever required
Be the trusted advisor/ to-go person within the team and with clients for their communication challenges & solutions
Present the agency’s POV with flair and confidence
Closely work with Head of Planing and ability to work independently at times for overall campaign strategy, planning, implementation, and post-campaign reviews for the campaigns in-charge
To be a team player and work with the other team members well to ensure all tasks
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders - account management, creative, media & influencer teams to ensure the campaign's smooth implementation

Who You Are

2-3 years of relevant agency/client experience in devising the brand, communication, content strategy
Someone who is excited about Marketing Technology
Has a good command of English and strong interpersonal skills
A team player, highly motivated, and committed
Potential ability to coach and develop junior members of the team
Someone who can quickly accommodate and displays a fast learning curve
A passion for data, insights, and ideation
Values integrity
