[HCM] [Agency] MicroAd Vietnam: Digital Media Planner Executive
Job Description
- Work with the client and the BD/account team to understand the client’s business objectives, requirement and advertising strategy (if any)
- Liaise with the creative team, optimization team and vendors to develop media strategies /creative briefs to ensure the quality of all digital assets
- Work on multiple projects at the same time, often for several different clients
- Identify target audiences and analyse their characteristics, behaviour and media habits
- Undertake research and analyse data to make decisions on the best form of media for specific clients and campaigns to gain client’s trust in company’s judgement
- Recommend the most appropriate types of media to use, as well as the most effective time spans and locations
- Present proposals and campaign strategies, including cost schedules, to clients (if need)
- Make and maintain good contacts with internal teams/vendors to keep updated about new products/service
- Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns for the upcoming proposal/contract renew.
- Monitor and evaluate market trends, assess new data, keep up-to-date with latest marketing platforms/ techniques
- Other ad hoc tasks from line manager
- KPI: Enhance the quality of proposal to client and minimize the failing ratio in terms of media direction

Job Requirements
- 1+ years experience as a media planner or similar role
- Broad knowledge of media channels
- Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Working knowledge of analytics tools
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work fluently with spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information
- Deeply analytical mind with an aptitude for statistics and math
- English Business Level
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident presentation skills, good comfort level interacting with high-profile clients and industry professionals, with keen attention to detail
- Professional business skills: project management, problem solving skills
