Vietnam International Bank (VIB) is seeking for Intranet Management Specialist

** Business Operations:
• Deploy comprehensive internal comms via email & VIBnet
• Design and co-ordinate email sending from internal com email addresses (Marcom, RB Intercom,..)
• Manage VIBnet: create & update content (articles, banner, video, webform, images etc), enhance user experience through ongoing improvement of structure, interface, navigation.
• Ensure policy related sections of the intranet are updated in line with policy change management process
• Edit English version to support Change Management operation.
• Co-ordinate divisional intranet admin activities
• Create and maintain intranet style guide.

** Qualification & Experience:
• Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in managing agency relationships as needed to control costs
• Effective cross-functional team work experience.

** Knowledge & Skills:
• Understand the Bank’s nature, business model and marketing activities in Vietnam.
• Internet & web & email knowledge & skill
• Effective cross-functional team work experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Good planning & budget management skill.

** Language:
• Excellent command of English for translation, listening and writing.
