- Establishing sales strategies & action plans to win new clients both brands and agencies to achieve team's (monthly/quarterly/yearly) ambitious growth.
- Responsible for pipeline management, sales & revenue forecasting, sales approach & strategy development and implementation.
- KPIs management & reporting
- Overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Strictly follow internal processes: Blueseed CRM, Sales Pipeline, Weekly & Monthly Meeting.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Report directly to Team Leader/Manager
Yêu cầu
- At least 2+ years of working experience in Marketing/Advertising is required;
- Over 2+ years of working experience in agencies as Senior Business development/Senior Sales
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Market knowledge
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal skills and well organized with good sense of responsibility
- Solid understanding of digital advertising practices including major platforms like Facebook, Google, Youtube, Zalo.
- Good strategic thinking and analytical and listening skills.
- Clear mindset, result oriented with passion for work
- Experience in fast-paced work environment is a plus
- Knowledge of performance & e-commerce planning is a plus
