DIGITAL MARKETING LEADER – BRAND TEAM

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Collaborate with Marketing Director and other marketing function teams for aligning marketing strategy and digital strategy throughout the year.

- Responsible all digital marketing campaigns result, including creative, media, social media activations, websites, technical development and any subject that matters to digital strategy.

- Measure KPIs and ROIs for all digital marketing activities.

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels, identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

- Maintain and develop Digital Brand asset including Website, social media channels, community… to ensure the branding and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners, build up the relationship to keep up-to-dated with the most innovation technology in digital market.

- Work with sales team to develop and maintain sale-oriented digital marketing activities to ensure the performance of online sale activities.

- Manage and explore the potential of Digital team members in functions including creative content, innovation media, engagement platform, sale-oriented digital marketing.

- Contribute ideas and support to the whole marketing team make an integrated campaign, influencing positively to the entire marketing activities.

REQUIREMENT:

- At least 3 years working experience in similar position with proven record (in motorcycle industry is a plus)

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies and best practices in digital marketing and measurement

- Positive thinking with a strong willingness for adapting any changes.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and well-thought, Good attention to detail
- Creative and problem-solver, propose alternative approaches to master the channels and satisfy the objective.
- English communication is a must.
