Job Description:
Ad Optimizer is reponsible for executing day-to-day digital ad campaigns with an emphasis on paid search, display, video and social ads. The role supports Sales and Account in campaign tactics, quotations and monitoring campaign effectiveness, making recommendations on adjustments and creating opportunities to improve performance. A solid understanding of the principles of digital advertising and ad platforms is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in detail-oriented analytics-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute digital ad campaigns by managing, monitoring and optimizing cost and performance of ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Assist with evaluating and implementing right analytics tools.
- Measure, analyze and report on the campaigns, updates throughout duration of campaign and optimization suggestions.
- Work collaboratively with BD team to create quotation and proposal for new and existing vertical clients.
- Work collaboratively with Creative team in terms of ad content and banners.
Requirements:
- BA in Business, Marketing or related field
- Direct experience managing campaigns through GoogleAds and Facebook Ads
- Experience with keyword research, competitive insights, analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills, prolem-solving skills, time management skills
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Good verbal and written communication skills, good command of English
- Willing to learn, teamwork spirit and result-oriented
- Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- HTML, CSS, JS knowledge is a plus
