[HCM][CLIENT] MVV Academy: Senior Marketing Executive

We are looking for a SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE to join our marketing team.

MVV Academy is a pioneer organization for 3T (comprehensive, on-site and advanced) resource development solutions in Vietnam. We support in-house training programs through consulting to build a corporate university
model including: Framework consulting Competency and Model for Learning and Development; Design and Build multimedia learning content; Provide the foundation and technology for digital transformation in training and learning; Teaching and Training for internal trainers. As a key factor of our marketing team, you will establish an effective relationship with sales to ensure our products and services are implemented. Your other duties will include the execution of online & offline market initiatives and provide feedback into product development & service offers.
To excel in this position, you should be energetic, intuitive, and have exceptional customer-centric mindset. You must also be familiar with education technology as well as marketing technology.
Responsibilities:

• Establish an effective working relationship with sales to ensure that our products and services are implemented through sales and marketing demand generation programs.
• Participate in the development, creation, and launch of new products and services.
• Provide feedback into product development and service offers by tracking their performance in the market.
• Lead the execution of offline marketing initiatives (event coordination, market research, sales support) as well as integrate them with online activities such as emails, prints, social media messages, … in order to generate leads.
• Responsible for all aspect of a project management such as meeting deadlines, time management, budgeting, and campaign analysis.

Professional Skills:

• Strong background in Marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in a professional marketing role.
• Experience with CRM, market research, event coordination, content development, digital publishing activities.
• Excellent in English is a must (IELTS 7.0 or above).
• Experience working in Edtech Corporation/ Training Institution is a plus.
• Familiar with working and managing external agencies specializing in advertising, events, content development.
• Excellent in cross-departments collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Skillful in management, planning, execution, and presentation.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
