- Get brief on project design and requirement

- Discuss with Client Service team and Field team to finalize the proper research methods

- Estimate the cost, plan timeline & resource

- Input the cost on the system and do report

2. Job requirement

- Basic English skills

- Proficiency use if Microsoft office, Internet & email

- Carefulness, patience, responsibility and good communication

- Proactiveness & Willing to learn

- High ability to work under high pressure

- Prefer candidates who learned Statistics and Probability
