MVV SnP is now looking for a Senior Strategic Planner who is the foundation of any creative advertising projects, and provide the team with information gleaned from studying markets for relevant data.

[HCM][Agency] MVV SnP: Senior Strategic Planner

Concept – A Strategic Planner must have a good understanding about integrated communications, including branding, public relations, ATL and BTL brand activations, productions, be able to handle direct client contact and have the ability of a good program developer, presenter and counselor.

  • Be responsible for day-to-day client servicing of assigned projects.
  • Be fully familiar with group’s business and communications plans and clients’ businesses.
  • Be gaining knowledge of the full range of resources, available throughout the group.
  • Be able to develop communications strategy and planning for assigned clients, including but not limit to gather consumer insights through research, map out consumer segmentation, develop overall communications strategy, develop detailed implementation plan, foster possible partnership, overall project management and effectiveness measuring.
  • Manage the budget.
  • Act as a liaison between client, outside suppliers (graphic designers, photographers, EOs, etc.) and, as appropriate, other internal and external audiences (e.g., employees, media, interest groups).
  • Interface with client contacts and others in a professional, positive and appropriate manner.
  • Independently manage assigned projects on time & ensures the inter-departmental job flow.
  • Be generally familiar with work of other account teams, other offices and operating units.
    Pursues opportunities for enhancing involvement and contributions to the account, team and agency.

Professional Skills:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Marketing, Finance.
  • At least 4 years experience in Agency.
  • Experience in planning advertising campaigns with many well-known brands.
  • Demonstrate competence at using internal and external research capabilities and in preparing in-depth analyses.
  • Have knowledge of economics, communication, creativity..., constantly updating new trends in the market.
  • Strong orientation, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Balance work load and tasks, communicating effectively with team members to reliably implement assignments on budget and on deadline.
