[HCM][Client] Ecomobi PTE: Senior Customer Success Management Executive
1. Key responsibilities:
- Maintain close contact with merchants and provide training to new members of the merchants
- Proactively identify opportunities with existing businesses and act as an advisor for clients
- Be the go-to resource for any questions from merchants regarding the platform and services
- Address any issues.
- Work with internal teams to provide feedback on platform based on interactions with clients
- Up-sale new service (if possible)
2. Competencies:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Knowledge: Consultative selling methodologies; Customer Success position in a SaaS/Cloud/advertising agency business
- Skills: Problem-solving, Multi-tasking, Communication, English
- Attitude: Professional, Customer-oriented, Detail-oriented
3. Benefits:
- Gross salary: 10.000.000 – 15.000.000 VND (competency – based), 100% Salary for Probation
- Lunch allowance: 35.000 VND/working day
