[HCM][Agency] VBA-ADK: Social Media Manager

Location: 33 Lê Duẩn, Q.1, HCM

Working hour: 8:30AM - 6:00PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:

  • Working with clients to create a social media strategies that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients’ industries.
  • Creating engaging and professional visuals that reflect client and their brand by customizing social media pages (ex. Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, etc).
  • Building and executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Developing the activities on social network for strategic customers includes: strategy, performance, content and key performance indicator (KPI )
  • Suggesting and implementing new features about social platforms to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
  • Managing and handling crisis for clients giving solutions and quickly reacting.
  • Monitoring all campaigns which are running on social channels.
  • Collaborating with other teams, like Strategists, Creative, Account and Copywriter teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Developing creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages on Social Media channels: YouTube, Facebook, Zalo, etc.
  • Reviewing and assisting with social media performance reports before send out to the clients.
  • Offering guidance and directions for content and creative.
  • Knowing how to analyze all data which providing by social platforms.
  • Staying up-to-date with social media technologies, knowledge, trends
  • Build up partnerships with KOLs
  • Manage and optimize acquisition and engagement campaigns day-to-day across social publishers
  • Optimize and manage budget across publishers and tactics to deliver positive return on marketing spend
  • Monitor, analyse and interpret data in consistency with business indicators specific to our industry
  • Ensure campaigns are continuously optimized to meet and exceed short term and long term acquisition goals
  • Manage a junior social media executive
  • Share best practices, help develop team members, mentor and educate on the best processes and methodologies

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience. Worked at a digital agency is a plus.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels,
  • Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Web Proficiency
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Good analytical skills as well as communication skills (oral and written)
  • Good at English (both writing and speaking) an presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Proactive, positive attitude, creative thinking, good problem solving skills, willing to learn, adapt and operate with a dynamic and fast moving work environment.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Be able to work under high pressure and meet deadline.
  • Good at Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)
