[HN][Agency] T&A Ogilvy: Hiring Government Relation (Freelance contract 6 months)

T&A Ogilvy is looking for Government Relation for Hanoi office with this role as below:

• Provide both client service and practice development which include improving available offers, developing new offers, pitching for new businesses
• Develop and execute integrated stakeholder engagement strategy, lobbying program, business outreach plan
• In charge of CSR program which include PR and event elements as per requirement from each client.
• Provide information update and insights for clients upon request in term of market conditions, stakeholder position
• Provide legal framework (both issued documents and drafted documents which include analysis of possible impacts on business, update on drafting process, advice on lobbying efforts)
• Work as contact point for clients with authorized governmental agencies or partners in Hanoi.
• Provide assistance to various high profile and respected corporations in different industries through various strategic approaches on the governmental process, such as country counseling, stakeholder mapping, perception audit, networking and lobbying, stakeholder engagement
• Handle efficient risk/crisis management which facilitates the client’s sustainable business development in the country.
• Monitor and control the revenue growth and profitability of the Government Relation Practice
• Forecast revenue and Government Relation practice’s costs for year, based on client project
• Stay alert for opportunities to increase client activity and billing, as well as obtaining new business from existing clients.
• Represent the division and company in the community through affiliation with non-profit/civic organizations and professional associations.
• Keep staff aware of new and significant developments and serves as a resource for all the staff.

Requirement:

• University Degree Background
• Min 1 year in the same industry or in reputable agency
• Hands-on experience on Government Relation industry with focus on advocacy, networking, stakeholder mapping and engagement, GR strategic development, regulatory monitoring, and crisis management for high profile and respected corporations in different industries.
• Experience in working with governments, regulatory organizations and industry
• Exceptional client servicing and relationship building skills
• Ability independently represent the company or client at senior level meetings/ platforms
• A mind for good business strategy and an aptitude for improving processes and developing new campaigns
• Business development experience with a proven track record of wins
• A flair for leading and motivating other team members at all levels and strong interpersonal skills
• Exceptional presentation and pitching skills honed during a successful previous career and talent writing up documents
• A positive can-do attitude and hands-on approach to tasks and troubleshooting
• Ability to work in a demanding environment.
• Excellent in written and speaking both English and Vietnamese languages
