[HN] Cốc Cốc - Mobile Marketing Executive

The Marketing team is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Mobile Marketing Executive to join our ambitious Performance Marketing team. With the mission to bring Coc Coc services to more Internet users, the Marketing Department provides various marketing campaigns and activities to attract, engage, and retain users. The Performance Marketing team is expected to help Coc Coc acquire users by creating attractive marketing campaigns.

As a Mobile Marketing Executive, besides collaborating with functional Performance Marketing Managers to deliver the full marketing campaign from strategic planning to campaign execution, you will participate in marketing research projects to provide strategic insights for product development.

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create the messages for the product and features in all channels and brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.

• Build, marketing plan, and execute all performance marketing campaigns across different channels to acquire new users for Coc Coc Mobile app.

• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.

• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.).

• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV, etc.).

• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.

• Optimize marketing campaigns, deploy AB testing to maximize effectiveness.

• Create and test different types of content (visuals, copy), as well as landing pages, app content for the marketing campaigns.

• Regular reporting on performance and roadmap.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required skills:

• Experience: 5+ years of working experience in an online acquisition marketing position with a proven track record of building and scaling acquisition programs.

• Has super strong ability in creating new messages for product and new ideas for distribution

• Experience in planning, reporting, and managing Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other offline channels.

• Has basic knowledge about the Product development process from the Market/User Research to deliver the product and retain users

• Language Skills: Fluent English for work.

Preferred skill:

• Hands-on experience with technology app, e-commerce, or affiliate industry.

• Ability to self-study and overcome the weaknesses

• Creative thinker and good problem-solver

• Good interpersonal communication skill
