1. Marketing Intern
We need marketing heroes to help us to develop our brand name by launching successful content stories, marketing campaigns and Start-up events in order to develop our community in Vietnam. An intern at GetLinks will learn how to write successful and engaging content stories, launch marketing compaigns from strategic planning, concept, vision, desired outcome, timeline and target audience to mix marketing plan, implementation & control processes. Also, GetLinks provide a palette of training regarding tools and automation for emailing, sales and analytics. To finish, joining GetLinks will also allow interns to learn about other fields of business such as Project Management, Tech Venture, Sales CRM and Growth Hacking. Be ready to be a rockstar!
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Communication or Business School
- Fresh Graduate and students are welcome
- Background and experience in Information Technology business and Digital will be a plus
- Services mind, understand sense of urgency, very good network and resourceful
- Have knowledge of Vietnamese companies and universities
- Be able to handle pressure and time constraint
- Speak Vietnamese fluently and good level of English
Responsibilities
- Growth Hacking and funnel analysis
- Product elaboration (usability, test, quality analysis, improvement)
- Creation of e-mail campaigns, social media campaign
- Create content marketing + handle Blog PR and community management
- Perform analysis of marketing and sales data (analytics + improvement)
- Networking and event organization (Saigon Tech Fest, DrinkEntrepreneur, Heckaton)
- Assist Project Manager and Head of Operation on event management
2. Account Manager
Requirements
- Proven account management who can leverage the company’s KPI
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (Investors, Startups companies, NGOs)
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills (Sale GetLinks solution and new products to companies)
- Deep understanding of the TECH MARKET and its outcomes (Interests in startups, technology, entrepreneurship etc)
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships (Companies and investors)
- Ensure improvement of GetLinks product (Usability and Test)
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal, external stakeholders and forecast and track key account metric
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
3. Junior Recruiter
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a HR/Headhunter – Hybrid Sales/HR
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Organisational mindset
- Understanding of the Tech Market in Vietnam (Competitors, actors, innovative approaches)
Responsibilities:
- Find out the BEST TECH TALENTS in Vietnam
- Understand deeply interview processes
- Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting in managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
- Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
- Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
- Developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements
- Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
