General Description:
A Content Marketing Specialist is a critical role in our Marketing team to lead an entire process of content marketing projects for our company. This role is connected with other departments: Sales, Project Management, Design & Front End to deliver a full services of content marketing for our clients.
A Content Marketing Specialist will create, design and execute all assigned projects that generate more efficiencies for client's projects and our internal resources.
An ideal Content Marketing Specialist should be focused, enthusiastic and passionate in your major and our client's industries. We are looking for members who are towards learning-eagerness, constant-growth & improvement in an international working environment.
An ideal Content Marketing Specialist has strong social media experience, web platform’s experience and a solid understanding of how digital content is consumed & presented.
Details of Description (What will you do ) :
1. Engage and work closely with clients, sales, project managers, designers and any relevant stakeholders in your assigned projects. 2. Deeply understanding about effectiveness & regulations of multiple social & digital platforms.
3. Consult & educate internal stakeholders & clients on the Content Marketing & how it connects with other marketing activities.
4. Straregise Content Marketing Project Plan & Weekly | Monthly | Quarterly Content Plan and appropriate Measurements that matter our client's business.
5. Create, write, publish, track and generate demand, measure and communicate the performance of various marketing campaigns 6. In charge of content production in various formats: interactive video, social videos, rich media, static & animated photos, etc.
7. Being responsible for ensuring all digital content represents the business goals, maximising content in the creation of growth marketing strategies
8. Being a trusted source for stakeholders when they approach you to ask for our content marketing consultancy.
9. Being driven by Data, Customer Insights, Customer Behaviours, Customer Experience, Industry's Insights, and Technology updates.
10. Other tasks will be assigned by business's requests.
Qualifications, Personalities & Skills in Demand:
1. You're passionate for marketing, love constantly challenging the status quo and experimenting with new ideas.
2. Have 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media strategy, organic social media management, podcasting and content performance analytics.
3. Ownership & Collaborative Attitude and familiar with a cross-functional working environment.
4. Customer-driven mindsets that understand what audiences consume and how to make it.
5. Experience in working with social media: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, TikTok, etc.
6. Familiar with Google Analytics, Content Creation & Management systems (CMS).
7. Willing to take any challenge to grow with the Team
8. Constantly learn & grow without hesitation or staying in your comfort zone.
9. Strong communications across functional teams and with clients.
10. Strong project Management capabilities and organisational skills.
11. Curiosity, empathy, an ability to work unsupervised but also a team player.
