Job Description

***Purpose

• Create a continual stream of business leads by carrying out marketing activities that develop our brand.

***Context

• Report to the Executive Manager;
• Work in a small team of less than 5 staffs.
• Work with other staffs on projects.
• Located in Ho Chi Minh City

***Job Content

• Ensure marketing staffs are implementing the agreed plan by creating, monitoring and evaluating Marketing projects and ongoing activities;
• Work with IT professionals on our olymworld. com and build this as the centre of our digital media marketing strategy.
• Carry out marketing milestone projects designed to get sales leads from potential clients;
• Ensure supply of good quality marketing materials on time;
• Understand marketing strategy and develop a comprehensive plan for executing the strategy for each business line;
• Ensure business line marketing messages are understood and used by all of the staffs;
• Ensure staffs working on business development have the correct tools and training to deliver marketing messages accurately and effectively;
• Create a digital social media plan that delivers the marketing strategy.
• Conduct marketing research activities to ensure we are up to date in our marketing communications.

Job Requirement

• BA degree in Business, Economic, Media or Marketing;
• At least 2 years experience at the same position (Customer service field is a plus)
• Highly organized-you will be able to deal with many different jobs at one time and in the correct priority.
• Be professional and ambitious.
• A good communicator with good competency of English, you will have a clear speaking voice on the telephone (client directly contacts via 1900 54 55 56) and send simple and clear email messages (via individual email created by the company and [email protected])
• Computer skills: You will need to be highly computer literate, especially with internet related technologies (MS Office & Google Docs).
